🔍 Our Review Methodology

Every project on PassivePin goes through a consistent evaluation process before listing:

Initial Screening

We check for working product, real team, active community, and tokenomics documentation. Projects without a working product are rejected.

Payout Verification

We personally run projects when possible, or collect verified community reports with screenshots and transaction hashes. No payout proof = "Unverified" label.

Risk Assessment

We evaluate: custodial risk, token status, lockup periods, hardware costs, regulatory exposure, and platform sustainability. Risk scores are conservative.

Community Feedback

We monitor Discord, Reddit, and social channels for scam reports, payout issues, and user complaints. Projects with unresolved issues are flagged or removed.

Ongoing Monitoring

Projects are re-reviewed monthly. Reward changes, token launches, and scam reports trigger immediate re-evaluation.

Custodial — Platform controls your funds/keys. Higher counterparty risk.
Non-Custodial — You control keys. Lower counterparty risk.
Token Live — Token is tradeable on exchanges. Liquid.
Token Not Live — Points only, future TGE promised. Speculative.
Points Only — No token yet. Earnings are speculative points.
Hardware Required — Must buy physical device to participate.
KYC Required — Identity verification needed. Privacy tradeoff.
Scam Warning — Community reports of non-payment or suspicious behavior. Avoid.
