What to email about

Suggest a project for the directory. Include the project name, the chain, the URL, and a one-paragraph reason it should be listed. We aim to evaluate new submissions within two weeks.
Report an error in a project card, an earning rate, a tutorial step, or a comparison table. We will publish a correction within seven days; corrections are noted in the changelog at the bottom of the homepage.
Request a partnership if you operate a DePIN project and want to discuss a referral arrangement, a featured placement, or a co-published deep-dive. Please include the project name, current node-operator count, and the nature of the partnership.
Send general feedback. If something is hard to use, unclear, or missing entirely, we want to know. We are a small team and user feedback directly shapes our weekly priorities.

What we cannot help with

We are not customer support for any of the listed projects. If a project has lost your funds, frozen your account, or failed to pay out, contact the project directly through its own support channels. We list contact links on each project card. We can sometimes amplify a problem in our community discussions, but we cannot resolve disputes on your behalf.

Response time

We answer within five business days (Australian Eastern Time). During token launches and airdrop seasons, response times stretch; if you have not heard back in ten business days, please resend.

Postal address

PassivePin is operated by an individual (Jordan), not a corporation. Postal correspondence can be sent to the registered address we will provide on request. We do not publish a street address on the public site to avoid unsolicited mail.

Press and media

If you are a journalist working on a DePIN story and want a quote, dataset, or background briefing, email press@passivepin.xyz. We respond to media inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays.

Security disclosures

If you have found a security issue with the PassivePin site itself (not with a listed project), email security@passivepin.xyz with a description and a proof of concept. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours.
